A Common term referring to someone or something over two thousand Blazhreian years old. | Common
Ancient Sister
A Common term referring to the Alamir Sisters, such as Eliara or Kyrina. They used to be called the Ecalain Sisters. | Common
Balance’Lord
A Highlord specializing in the equality and level distribution throughout the realms. This individual ensures there is no unfair advantage a realm could have simply by having more knowledge than the other realms. | Common
Cavu
A derogative word that literally translates to “invalid” or “worthless” when referencing or speaking directly to someone. It is an insulting term for a person. | Xharos
Chief Wizard
The head of the sorceral wing in Cerlail Academy. | Common
City’Lord
An unofficial term given to Erimentha, who has consistently reincarnated inside of Alamirana for the past six thousand years and protected the city from being completely destroyed countless times. | Common
Common’Lord
A Highlord whose jurisdiction is over the social ranking system; more specifically, they give the commonfolk a voice. Most of the time, a Common’Lord is not from a high social status. | Common
Contract’Lord
A Highlord specializing in contract creation, especially for Ecalauna status and working with the Ecalauna/Ecalain. | Common
Corridor Traveler
An individual trained to walk through Carni with minimal risk of becoming eiv’ra or being attacked by Carni creatures. | Add’l Titles: Carni Wanderer | Common
Creation’Lord
A Highlord whose jurisdiction is over Carni and the Corridor Realm as a whole. His/her main task is to report on the activity of the Tower of Discord. | Add’l Titles: Dream’Lord | Common

Dark Warrior
Death’Lord
This is the Common title for the Highlord who watches Hariana, Elethanos, and Elethavi, ensuring the dead do not encroach on the living realms as well as keeping an eye on the Da’ruha. Also called Eleth’Launa (Xharos) and Eleth’Lord (Xharos/Common). | Common
Duir’ne
Prince/princess. Translates to “heir” in Old Xharos. Gender neutral. | Blaz-Xharos
Duir’raz’ne
First Heir/Princess; a title given to Eliara Alamir, the firstborn of the Four Ancient Sisters. | Old Xharos
Duir’stra
Child of a prince/princess. Gender neutral. | Blaz-Xharos
Duir’toa’ne
Second Heir/Princess; a title given to Carni Alamir, the second-born of the Four Ancient Sisters. | Old Xharos
Earthling
The term referring to humans from Earth. | Common
Ecalain
Translates literally to “spokesperson” in Old Xharos; however, it means much more than this. Entire books have been written around the definition of an Ecalain and who they are in history. | Old Xharos
Ecalauna
Highlord. This is a dying term that is mainly used by older elves and certain fey courts. | Old Xharos
Eiv’ra
Literally translates to “Lost” in Xharos; it refers to someone who has been affected by Carni’s Will and does not have any purpose whatsoever to exist. Due to the nature of the realm, this state of being can be fatal. | Xharos
Essence’s Vessel
A term referring to the individual housing the Essence within herself. It is a new concept to the Highlords who had originally thought the Essence was a reincarnation; Mara’s predicament of a split Source quickly disproved their original theory. | Common
Executive Medic Advisor
The individual over the medical wing in Cerlail Academy. | Common
Fire’Lord
Fletchling
An endearing title in the Common language that Alkinians say to their young or those they view as children when compared to themselves. | Common
Forgotten
A Common term that is often used in Carni to describe an amnesiac person wandering the Corridor Realm. | Common
Garneian
Someone or something of or from Garnesh, a country south of Saheir. | Blazhreian
Goindun
An esteemed title given to individuals who are not dragonkin yet are considered in such high regard by the dragonkin to be one of them. | Dragonir
Guardian
This is a title given by parents to individuals who they trust to take care of their children in case anything ever happened to them regardless of where the parents are. Many times, guardians are treated like the child’s parent even if the biological parents are still alive and present. | Saheian
Halfbreed
Someone of mixed blood, such as a fey and dragonkin. Sometimes, they are medically created. Other times, species from two different realms are compatible enough to have mixed-species children. | Common
Headmaster
Highlord
The head of the tactical wing in Cerlail Academy. | Common
A group of authorities that keep peace between the realms and defend against realm-level catastrophes, such as the Da’ruha. | Common
Illusionist
Someone who can perform either optical or perceptive illusions. | Common
Jethel’Launa
The official Old Xharos title for the Life’Lord, the Highlord over the medical arts. Also sometimes called Jethel’Lord. | Old Xharos
Kuri’vo
A group of people ostracized from their families; typically, these people are of Ecalain descent. It is literally translated to “Trust Devourer” and referred to how that person betrayed their family. This title was dropped in 2,000 R.E. | Old Xharos
Kuri’Voyana
The Xharos title for a specific individual in the history of the realms who has a Source type that devours and converts other Sources into itself. Also referred to as Energy Devourer (Common) and Refough Graeun (Dragonir). | Old Xharos
Lightning’Lord
Mage
A term commonly used to refer to an individual studying topics covered under the tactical field. | Common
Magelet
A term commonly used to refer to a student in the tactical field that is of or a lower rank than an intern. | Common
Master Mage
The highest rank an individual can receive within the tactical field. | Common
Material’Lord
Medic
A term commonly used to refer to an individual who delves with anatomy and maladies, such as helping the ill or aiding in surgery. | Common
Medic Advisor
One of the higher ranking officials in the medical field. | Common
Mind-weaver
An individual with the ability to manipulate someone’s mind in some way; usually, they can manipulate thoughts or even memories and can cause people to hallucinate or dream of a specific thing. In special circumstances, mind-weavers can be used to aid someone during a mental illness or a time of grief. | Common
Nature’Lord
A Highlord whose element is that of the earth; majority of the time, this Highlord ensures the safety of nature whenever a catastrophe happens as long as it does not interfere with the natural course of that world. | Common
Paro’ki
Tyrant. Gender neutral. | Blaz-Xharos
Paro’stra
Child of a tyrant. Gender neutral. | Blaz-Xharos
Phan’stra
Shadow Child. The child is created through preprogrammed Source and can bind DNA together. Even after a successful procedure and the child has the DNA of both parents, it will still be different from normal children. | Xharos
Portal Engineer
An individual who specializes in opening, anchoring, programming, and closing teleportation holes as a means of translocation. | Common
Realm Hoppers
A term given to individuals who cross between realms. Most do so illegally, thus involving the Highlords and incurring high fines or even imprisonment depending on their involvement in the realms. | Common
Reborn
An individual who passed through the Jethel Vortex and has a coat of Vortex Matter covering their previous lives’ memories. | Common
Reincarnated
An individual who passed through the Jethel Vortex and has shedded their coat of Vortex Matter covering their previous lives’ memories, thus remembering at least vaguely of who they were in the past. | Common

Foreigner; specifically, a naïve off-worlder. Many do not like to use this word in front of the foreigner. | Saheian

Talon
The title given to a guard of a dragonkin duir’ne. Garov, Ryutaro’s retainer in Carni, is a talon. | Common-translated Dragonir
Tein’fu
The equivalence of a duke/duchess; gender neutral. | Blaz-Xharos
Tein’stra
The equivalence of a duke/duchess’s child. | Blaz-Xharos

Voi
Suffix for titles to signify the recognition of or adoption into a rank without proper ties. However, when used without an official title, it turns derogative. See voi’ne and voi’stra for more information on this. | Xharos
Voi’duir’stra
The child of a voi’duir’ne; recognized as duir’stra, yet does not have blood relations to a duir’ne. | Blaz-Xharos
Voi’ne
Literally translates to “orphan” or “without status;” often refers to those with no parents or social ties (regardless of social ranks). It is used as both derogative and a descriptive term depending on context. Several hundred years ago, it used to be a simple, respectful title for those who had a title but the speaker did not know which title to use. | Blaz-Xharos
Voi’stra
Literally translates to “Child of an orphan.” This phrase can be loosely translated to “child of an invalid” and is a derogative, disrespectful term that puts down an individual’s social rank/status regardless of their actual positioning. However, it can be an acceptable term if someone is literally the child of an orphan – unless, of course, that individual has a separate title, such as voi’duir’stra. Several hundred years ago, it had a similar meaning as voi’ne. | Blaz-Xharos

A high-ranking individual in the sorceral field. | Common
Xhavio
The equivalence of a soulmate; not many people outside of Alkinians believe this superstition nowadays. It is based off the belief that two individuals’ Source and nari compliment and pair well together. The title itself fell out of style over 2,000 Saheian years ago, though a few still believe in this tradition. | Xharos
